About the role
Build the AI systems and workflows that power VTS's full revenue engine, then create and run the demand programs off that foundation to drive pipeline. A high-agency individual-contributor role spanning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
What you'll do
- Build high-leverage AI systems and agents across the full revenue motion, embedding with Marketing, Sales, and CS to find friction and deploy AI-powered workflows from awareness and intent capture through outbound, conversion, and expansion.
- Own targeting and segmentation: build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic across outbound sequences, marketing emails, paid audiences, and account-based plays.
- Drive growth through a high-velocity experimentation roadmap across outbound sequences, inbound programs, landing-page variants, and segmentation logic.
- Drive channel optimization and speed-to-insight by connecting systems to execution channels (email, ads, SDR sequences, in-product triggers) so insights can be acted on within minutes.
- Govern brand and content in AI workflows, embedding brand voice, design standards, and messaging guardrails so AI-assisted output is indistinguishable from the team's best.
What we're looking for
- Marketing experience and instincts: you understand personas and buying stages, can write copy, pressure-test a value prop, and have owned campaigns as a growth or product marketer.
- Enough technical fluency to build, not just configure: you have worked with LLM APIs beyond the chat interface, built prompts for production, and deployed agents that run unsupervised (MCP server experience a plus).
- An understanding of how modern B2B sales works: how reps research accounts, what makes outreach land, and where deals stall.
- Proven experience with the modern GTM tool landscape (Clay, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Workato).
- An experimental mindset with a bias toward shipping, and the communication skills to work across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Solutions.
- Strongly preferred: a background spanning more than one GTM function.
