About the role
Grow the pipeline through the website and scale how marketing ships, combining performance marketing, web development, and applied AI. Write code, run experiments, and build the systems that let marketing and sales move faster.
What you'll do
- Build the sales-to-web pipeline that takes data analyzed in Sigma, drafts content with Claude, and publishes to the site through Sanity, cutting the cycle from weeks to hours.
- Automate content operations so customer stories, pricing pages, and feature pages land on the site the same day they land in the data.
- Build the prompts, Claude Skills, and integrations that make the pipeline reliable and easy for non-engineers to run.
- Diagnose site performance in Sigma, run A/B tests, and ship code-level changes measured against pipeline impact rather than just clicks.
- Rebuild the free trial flow to increase the conversion rate from trials to qualified opportunities.
- Partner with Product Marketing to design, build, and launch pages without a separate dev cycle, maintaining a reusable component library and owning performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Enable sales with AI by building a GTM resource library of battlecards, one-pagers, and microsites, plus the prompts, workflows, and Skills that let an AE generate the right document at the right moment.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in performance marketing, growth engineering, marketing operations, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to ship production-quality code for a marketing site; comfortable with TypeScript and React, REST APIs, and a headless CMS like Sanity, Contentful, or Webflow.
- Can analyze conversion data in SQL and a BI tool, and understands the basics of A/B testing and statistical significance.
- Has built something real with Claude, GPT, or another LLM, and can speak honestly about where AI helps and where it gets in the way.
- Thinks in funnels and pipeline metrics, not impressions and brand awareness, and can write a clean page without an agency.
- Bias to ship: prefers a 75% solution this week to a 100% solution next quarter.
- Bonus: hands-on experience with Sigma or Sanity, has built MCP servers or Claude Skills, and CRO experience on a B2B marketing site.
