About the role
Work directly with customers to build AI-powered marketing systems and agents, and use those same tools internally to help Bamboo find product-market fit, scale its growth engine, and shape the future of the company. This is a founding team role, designed from first principles, and you will help create it.

What we're looking for
- Unusually high agency: a marketer who became technical, an engineer obsessed with growth, a consultant who automated half their job with AI, or a founder who is comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.
- You have used AI to build real systems and expanded your capabilities beyond your formal training.
- Equally comfortable talking to customers, building agents, running experiments, or solving problems nobody has solved before.
