About the role

Build the automated, agentic marketing systems that get Nomic in front of every relevant AEC firm in the U.S. (~15,000-20,000 firms) and convert that exposure into intro and demo calls. Strong software engineering is a hard requirement; marketing experience is not.

What you'll do

  • Map the U.S. AEC market in internal tooling (accounts, roles, personas) and design systems that repeatedly reach and re-engage this universe across channels until intro or demo conversations happen.
  • Own cold outbound across email and LinkedIn, designing agentic sequencing logic that adapts to engagement signals (opens, clicks, replies) and routes engaged prospects into follow-ups, retargeting, and sales conversations.
  • Run paid retargeting across LinkedIn and other platforms for email-engaged prospects, website visitors, and CRM audiences, coordinating ad messaging with outbound and events and allocating spend by funnel stage.
  • Turn conferences and speaking engagements into pipeline accelerators by automating pre- and post-event outbound and retargeting, and sourcing high-signal regional events.
  • Manage AEC influencer relationships and paid influencer campaigns tied to product launches, using influencers as a predictable distribution channel.
  • Build automated systems that convert newly shipped product features into ready-to-publish social and email content.

What we're looking for

  • Full-stack software engineer (you will need to pass a coding interview); strong software engineering experience is a hard requirement, marketing experience is not.
  • Experience working with a finite, known ICP (account-based or vertical SaaS).
  • Deep comfort with CRM systems (HubSpot), outbound tooling, and ad platforms.
  • Strong systems thinker who optimizes flows, triggers, and coverage.
  • Has been accountable to meetings, pipeline, or revenue, not just clicks.
  • Bonus: experience in AEC, construction, engineering, or other vertical SaaS; pairing outbound with paid retargeting; or working closely with founders or execs.
